great access to parks and fun attractions for weekend walks

I had a wonderful time enjoying the peaceful views of the garden from my spacious room and appreciated how helpful the staff were during my stay, making the entire experience even more pleasant.

i had a great time at fairfield inn. the king room with garden view was spacious and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat. the staff were super friendly and delivered excellent service, especially at the bar. being close to springfield college was a nice bonus, too. I took advantage of the fitness center. it was well-equipped and clean.

I had a very productive 5-night stay at Fairfield Inn. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king bed and a refrigerator. The staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating my request quickly. The view of the autumn trees from the 6th floor was a nice plus. The location was convenient for my work-related activities.

The breakfast options were not very good and there were no restaurants nearby.

The Sicilian pastries there are a flavor explosion—trust me, you don’t wanna miss it! The hotel’s breakfast was decent too, perfect for fueling your adventures. Plus, the pool was surprisingly warm, which made for a great chill spot after a busy day.

Paying for parking felt a bit off, and we didn't get enough towels for our family of four. Took ages to get more too! Still, it was all good vibes overall.

Clean room, comfortable bedding, with helpful toiletries mounted on the wall in the shower, making it convenient for quick trips, and the location was right off the highway allowing easy access to visit family nearby.

The large suite was a perfect fit for our family with tons of space to spread out.

The experience was a bit mixed during our stay. We had a larger guest room with two queen beds, which was spacious enough for our family of four. However, the pool was a bit noisy, especially since we had young kids, so it made it tough to settle them down at night. On the plus side, the location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Six Flags New England, which our kids loved. The hot breakfast could have used more variety, but it was decent enough to get us started each day.
